Returns: We understand that preferences may change. As such, any unwanted product must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the device. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, complete with all accessories, in its original packaging and in good condition with no damage to the device in any way.

Refund Process: Typically refunds take 3-5 working days from the date the return is updated in our system. Be aware that any warranty fees, if paid, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
